ILE to unveil new identity at conference

(UK) - The Institution of Lighting Engineers (ILE) will officially launch their new name, the Institution of Lighting Professionals (ILP), at their annual conference taking place in Warwickshire, England on 22nd - 24th September.
Martin Lupton resigns as PLDA president

(UK) - Martin Lupton has cut short his term as PLDA (Professional Lighting Designers Association) president. Sharon Stammers, the UK coordinator for the PLDA and business partner of Lupton at newly established consultancy Light Collective, has also resigned.
Frans van Houten to be next Philips President and CEO
