Lighting Association holds first Lighting Industry Awards 2010

(UK) - Five Lighting Industry Awards were present at a Gala Dinner held by the UK’s Lighting Association in Stratford upon Avon on 14 July.

A panel of judges representing the trade press, industry, energy suppliers and Government organisations had already short listed three nominations for each of the categories before the winners were announced on the night.

Peter Hunt Chief Executive of The Lighting Association hailed the evening a husge success. “The seminar programme followed by both the Student Design Awards and the Industry Awards proved to be a winning combination. Couple with that an extremely friendly crowd from the industry and we had a recipe for an excellent night,” he said.
