 Helvar Appoints New Commercial Systems Sales Manager
Helvar has appointed Mike Shaw to the position of Sales Manager Commercial
Systems. Shaw joins Helvar from the iLight division of Polaron controls and
has been in the building management and lighting control systems industry
for over 20 years.
Shaw is an Incorporated Engineer (IEng), and a member of the Institution of
Engineering and Technology (MIET), he has held senior positions with some of
the leading controls manufacturers in the UK (including ECS Philips Lighting
controls among others).
"I have joined Helvar because they are a leading supplier of high quality
lighting control systems and ballasts for fluorescent lighting, and because
I believe in the customer and quality focused Helvar ethos,' explains Mike,
'They are a friendly company to work for and do business with."
With the launch of Helvar's new DIGIDIM Router, Shaw is looking forward to
expanding Helvar's traditional market in architectural controls into the
