    AURA THERMO FLUORESCENT TUBES

    At 20°C the Aura Thermo fluorescent tubes from Greenstock produce up to five times more light than standard lamps as they have an outer glass tube providing thermal insulation. The Aura Thermo lamps also give three times longer service life than a standard fluorescent lamp.

    (The Aura Thermo fluorescent tubes are available either with a 26mm T8 lamp encased in a 32mm diameter outer glass tube or in a 38mm outer glass tube for use in the older T12 type luminaires. There is also a T5 16mm lamp available in an outer glass tube of 26mm, ideal for use in external signs.

    The cold temperature operation of the Aura Thermo long life fluorescent tubes makes them perfect for many different applications such as in cold stores and freezers and in many outside situations including street lighting, subway lighting, car parks, bus shelters and signboards. Here, the long life of the Thermo lamps means that the need for replacement lamps is significantly reduced, as are maintenance costs.

    With an exceptionally long life of up to 60,000 hours when used with electronic ballasts, the Aura Thermo fluorescent tubes come in several wattage ratings, from 18w to 58w T8 lamps and 14w to 80w T5 lamps, with colour temperatures between 3000K and 6500K and in a choice of colours including white, warm white, middle white and daylight.
