This system is based on an ingenious steel structure that is buried underneath an accordion shaped textile Plisse cover. The lampshade gently adjusts to changes in size and provides exquisite balance to the technical character of the design. The Plisse cover can be extended from 60cm to 160cm and provide uniform light distribution throughout the room. In particular the jury was impressed by the unusual combination of materials, making the light fitting suitable for use in different rooms.
