Existing lighting installations with regular T8 36W fluorescent lamps and conventional control gear can now be switched to economical LED technology with OSRAM’s high-performance T8 Substitube.
No changes to the luminaires are required – and only the starter has to be replaced. The T8 Substitube enables energy savings of up to 50 percent per luminaire. This retrofit solution, in which the same bases as classic fluorescent lamps are used, is simplicity itself and completely safe. OSRAM thus sets new standards in safety with LED tubes.
